DOLU LAKE

It is a beautiful lake in Silchar which is perfect for enjoying picnics with friends and family. It is a great place to relax your mind. One can have a good time here enjoying the beauty of nature.

It takes 28 minutes to travel from Silchar to Dolu Lake. The driving distance between Silchar and Dolu Lake is 24 kilometers approximately

MANIHARAN TUNNEL

Maniharan tunnel is a great place for tourists. It a popular pilgrim spot about 5 km from Bhubaneswar temple. According to Hindus, the tunnel was constructed during the days of Lord Krishna and was once used by him used by Lord Krishna. The holy River Tribeni flows beneath this tunnel. Maniharan temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna, is situated in the premises of this tunnel.

KHASPUR

It is located 20 km from Silchar. The ruins of one of the most powerful kingdoms of their times, the Kachari kingdom, also known as the Dimasa kingdom exist here. Here the main attractions are the Lion Gate, the Sun Gate and aged old kings temple.

BADARPUR FORT

The Badarpur fort is an important tourist destination. It is about 16 km away from Badarpur Railway station. The fort is situated on the bank of Barak River Located in the Karimganj district of Assam. It is a historical place of Barak Valley.
