After coaching for a couple of years, in 2018, she participated within the 100m race on the 79th All India Inter University Athletics championship. She completed the race in 11.56s and broke the report of 11.60s report of Indian athlete Zenia Ayrton within the occasion. During an interview, whereas speaking about it, she stated,
