New year resolution is a decision that we take at the beginning of a year to make a change in our life that will make our life a little better from earlier. Most of us have some strange habits that we really want to change. It is a good thing, so go ahead and make a list. Also make a determined promise to keep it, because most of the times it happens that by the end of the year people completely forget what resolutions they take, forget about keeping it. So, don’t do that okay!

- Don’t attempt previously failed resolutions
- Don’t base your goal on what everyone else is doing
- Break your goal into a series of time-based steps
- Tell your friends and family what you’re aiming for
